  The nail tech that I worked with, while nice- pushed me into going with a color, after my fill-in, that I didn’t like even though I complained after the first nail was painted that I didn’t care for it. She proceeded to paint all of my nails anyway saying it would look better with an additional coat. When she finished, of course, I still didn’t like it and the coats were childishly thick.
  When I asked her to remove it, she called over several people who made me wait for 15-20 after closing to take it off. I prepaid and they told me to come back the next day for them to finish the job. However, when I came at the appointmented time I waited for 45 minutes and was not seen. I came back a third day and finally had my nails painted, but was told that I had not paid for gel polish although I had in fact paid extra.
  Of course, a week later- not only had the polish chipped, but all of the nails on one hand had ALL chipped or broken. Terrible service.
